There is a one time startup charge of $497 to open an account with RepGuardian which includes your first year of use. You have 30 days to login to your account and start using the software. If you find anything wrong within 30 days (bugs, etc) you can bring it to our attention and we will attempt to fix it in a reasonable amount of time. (within a week) If we are unable to fix it, we will issue you a full refund.
There is a yearly charge of $97 to continue using the software after the first year. We will continue to keep the software functional and in good working condition as long as you are a subscriber. Should you decide that you want to cancel your account, you may do so at anytime. There are no refunds on the yearly given that you can cancel it. Simply email support at paul@pauljames.com or visit http://iampauljames.zendesk.com and let us know you'd like to cancel and close your account and we can assist you within 48 hours of your email/ticket.
